Defective/Damaged Product – What to Do

If you suspect you have a defective or damaged product, please follow the troubleshooting guide for the applicable product.

For cases where the product cannot be troubleshooted and the issue persists, please immediately contact Louvre Lounge at help@Louvrelounge.co.nz or 09 242 2665. 
 
We require specific information in order to process replacements/repairs, please ensure all information required is provided so we can process the request as soon as possible. 
  1. Proof of purchase.
  2. Photos and videos of the issue.
  3. Description of the issue.
  4. Troubleshooting steps taken (if applicable).
 
Once the information above has been received, our team will process the request as soon as possible.
